For Airbus Defense and Space we redesigned their NDA for the collaboration with startups. Starting a relationship where there is a 'Goliath and David' mechanism going on, meaning startups usually not having a lot of legal resources while Airbus does, Airbus saw the need to start of their relationship in a better way by redesigning their NDA in order to make sure startups understand the agreement. The project was a co-creation process in which teammembers from all departments participated.
