As a Lawyer involved in the technology business, I can tell there are great validated assumptions to have some certainty that legal services can be completely transformed and redesigned to better serve its users.
I strongly believe that through Legal Design, new outcomes and opportunities will appear in this ecosystem, making it more user centered and creating new paths in the legal profession.
Technology may also bring a completely new generation of legal services, increasing satisfaction and guaranteeing a better user experience among different stakeholders involved around the Law.
