In my daily work as an ICT lawyer I always try to provide legal advice in a creative non-conventional manner that suits the requirements of my client and his audience (eg. consumers, website users etc). Improving my legal design skills will help me being a better lawyer.
It is also a great excuse to introduce a more playful approach into the legal profession.
Having a basic capability in legal design is a skill set I believe every attorney/lawyer should have available.
