Most of the legal difficulties faced by people and organizations in Mexico derive from the lack to access of legal information and advice. And lawyer`s bad reputation and expensive fees tends to keep them away. That´s my call after going through 3 different law firms practicing mostly criminal and civil litigation for around 10 years (2008-17). Having a LLM experience (UC Berkeley- class 17) gave me (i) the opportunity to contrast Mexico´s reality and my ideas with a community of top ranked professionals from all around the world, and (ii) the tools to idealize and create My Dear Lawyers (my proposal to solve people-lawyers distancing).
My Dear Lawyers was launched last November 20th by Co-Founders Luis Rivera, Daniel Guillén Zolezzi and myself. We develop and produce standardized and affordable legal products to cover people´s primary legal needs.
