In my day-to-day work in the financial sector, as well as in my position as academic at the Institute for Financial Law at the Research Centre for Finance and Law at Radboud University Nijmegen I am dealing with the complexity of financial regulation.
In these roles, it is my ambition to provide insight and clarity into this area of law.
I think Legal Design Thinking can contribute to this ambition and I am interested in exploring the possibilities further.
