For Ketenpact Oost-Brabant we helped during a two day session to work on the challenge to reduce rework and unnecessary administrative load during a criminal law procedure to reduce lead times in those procedures. We mapped which parties are involved in which step, why and how much time this costs and how much rework is being created due to complicated processes and hand-over of work from one party to another. Together with different stakeholders from the criminal law field (police, 'reclassering', rechtbank, OM) we supported the two day session with visual support to activate the group in creative thinking and clarifying different ideas to reduce this rework and administrative load. The project is currently being further developed and tested with different stakeholders.
