For former Judge Dory Reiling our founder Lieke facilitated an introduction workshop on Legal Design Thinking with the topic of solving debt-problems. While the team first got a general introduction to get familiar with the Legal Design Thinking process and seeing several examples, we went into the workshop materials. Lieke did some research upfront with people having experience with debt problems themselves, as well as people working in the legal procedures related to debt problems. These insights were taken as a starting point to brainstorm several solutions to solve debt related problems.
