Last week at #ImpactFest 2024 we launched our impact report 'Visual Contracts at Tzorg'.

It describes how employees at Tzorg use and experience the #visualcontract in their daily work. Besides a technically sound contract written in understandable language it is also visualised, so the care coordinators who hire new people can point out the terms while they explain them. New employees can read and follow along while listening and taking in this important information. This makes the terms of employment more concrete and relevant, especially for a low-literacy target group.
Tzorg has set an example by embracing the visual contract and participating in impact measurement after implementation of the visual contract. They are thereby contributing to the further development of #contractdesign and #legaldesign, both in #HR in #homecare and other sectors. Our aim with this impact report is to inspire more organisations to get started with contract design, to give a glimpse into how such a contract is created and, in addition, to contribute to making law more accessible.
