My background is in architecture. I'm architect. Throughout over 20 years I have been serving other designers in the industry. First on visual communication, making their visions into images and animations using always the latest computing power and most advanced rendering solutions. Later on, these days, core focus is on BIM (building information modelling) pipelines including the visual collaboration.From where we get to the point: visual contracts. We know that lot of troubles still emerge at real construction sites specially among sub-contractors when they clash on contract borders. For that to happen less we built an application to capture the spoken promise into a trusted video contract.

I work as a contract manager in the aerospace industry. I often work with engineers to make sure that a program's needs are met through the resulting contract. I find that engineers and members of the program team find contracts boring and/or "in the way" of doing what the members of the program team needs to do.
